Before you pay

Check release timing, document support, visitor categories and whether a reservation is required.
Use the valid passport information requested by the official channel. Do not substitute another person's identity.

Venue examples, not national rules
- Palace Museum
- Its official instructions describe advance real-name booking with passport information for foreign visitors and no same-day admission tickets. These are Palace Museum rules only.
- Supported Beijing municipal parks
- Beijing's official foreign-visitor guide describes the Visiting Beijing Parks channel for listed parks, including the Summer Palace. It directs visitors to other platforms for parks outside that list.
- Summer Palace fallback
- A Beijing 12345 answer dated 20 June 2025 described a staffed on-site route when the then-current online flow did not support a foreign phone number. Recheck the current venue notice; this is not a universal walk-up promise.
Do not change the passport number, borrow another person's identity or assume a third-party seller is authorized. Use the venue's official contact details and ask whether it has a current foreign-visitor or staffed service route. A fallback published by one venue does not apply to another.
